Also, bear in mind, I will probably do the same. But with lots of love, respect, and advice on fitness and food.

Now about almost dying
I had five surgeries and am still recovering from them at this time (2025).

But that's not how I almost died.
That was a bacterial infection, Clostridium Difficile, C-Diff. And I got enough antibacterials shoved inside of me that everything in my gut biome was killed.

And it taught me an important fact about weightloss
Your metabolism controls how fast you lose weight. And it slows down and speeds up based off of things like diet, movement, and gut biome.

So I fixed everything
I started probiotics, ate whole foods, started walking and lifting weights. And low and behold I got down to 5% body fat just for fun.
Then I flipped the script.

I forced my metabolism, that was burning 500 calories a day, to 6000 a day.
How? By increasing my activity level and my caloric intake weekly and rebuilding my gut biome so I could process food again.
At 5% body fat I was 168lbs and eating between 500 and 1000 calories a day.
I am now at 205 lbs 11% body fat and I eat 6000 calories each day just to maintain that.
I know it sounds insane, but it's possible, and if the dorky looking octopus head over there on the left can do it, chances are, you can DEFINITELY do it.
